We do not accept returns on any products.

Opened Products
Opened Pokémon cards are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances.

Refunds
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged product upon delivery

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Approval
All refund requests are reviewed manually. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (PayPal/Stripe).
